Our first stage is to empathise. We start by understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of the users. Through research, interviews, and observations, we gather insights into their experiences and emotions. This step helps us build a human-centered approach, ensuring that the design addresses real problems and creates meaningful connections.

Then, we ideate. This is where creativity and innovation come into play. We generate a wide range of ideas, considering various design solutions and exploring different approaches. Through brainstorming and collaboration, we seek out the best possible concepts that will meet both user needs and project goals.
In the prototype stage, we build. We turn our best ideas into tangible designs by creating prototypes. These could be low-fidelity sketches or high-fidelity mockups, depending on the stage. Prototypes help us visualise the design and test it with real users, allowing us to refine and improve before final implementation.
Finally, we test. Testing helps us validate the design and ensure it meets the needs of users. We gather feedback, identify any issues or pain points, and make adjustments. This iterative process allows us to make informed decisions and deliver a design that truly resonates with users and solves their problems effectively.

I’m passionate about music! In my spare time, I play the drums and have had the incredible opportunity to perform around the world in places like Russia, Canada, Germany, Liechtenstein, and France, to name a few. Beyond music, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and playing badminton. I’m also an avid reader, particularly drawn to psychology books—I find the complexities of the human brain absolutely fascinating!
As a creative thinker, I thrive on generating innovative ideas and designing experiences that are both engaging and user-friendly. My experience working in a bank has given me valuable insight into human behaviour and how different demographics perceive and interact with information. This understanding drives my goal of streamlining design standards to help reduce scams and fraud. People are often misled by unclear or deceptive information, sometimes signing up for something they didn’t fully realise. I aim to empower users to navigate their journeys with clarity and confidence. By ensuring every touchpoint I design fosters trust and ease, I strive to enhance customer engagement and increase the likelihood of users choosing our services.
The Beatles defined the music we listen to today. With songs like Sgt. Pepper - influencing Heavy Rock and even Ringo Starr's style of drumming still has an impact.
